Subaru of Decatur Parts Department

I usually take my car to six star service but decided to bring it here for an oil change because I needed it done quickly and six star was booked. Even with an appointment, an oil change takes 1.5 hours at this location. There is absolutely no way an oil change should take that long.

Always get my parts from Decatur when my local doesn't have it.

Big props to this location! The service team is great and they manage expectations really well. I was told my visit would be around 2 hours plus a bit more if I wanted to get my car washed and they had me out of there in just under 2 hours with the car wash. I did notice some damage on my shifter which was upsetting but an understandable accident. The service team reached out when I complained and replaced the shifter very quickly, which I never expect from a dealership service center. It shows they actually care!

Marc was a great advisor. We were able to get a windshield replacement setup and it was done in a day, the other dealer in town blew me off.

Stivers has excellent customer service and a nice waiting area. Everyone I've encountered has been helpful and patient and knowledgeable. Thanks Subaru!
