Subaru of San Luis Obispo Service Center

my last service interaction was terrible, horrible service: - my car has extended warranty and went to show them three issues to see if they can be fixed under the warranty or not. After inspection they came and told me that 2 of them will be covered under the warranty but one of them is not. According to them the one that is not covered under the warranty, which is driver side window doesnt close all the way. They told me that dirt in the rubber gasket is causing the issue, and according to them they inspected the issue and cleaned and problem is fixed. For that they want to charge me $400. I have disagreed with them and told them that dirt is not the issue and that is not going to solve the problem. This is apparently an issue with many subaru vehicles. Recently my friend the same sub

Worst “service” ever. You’ll be overcharged and wait forever with no communication. Chris is the worst. Find someplace else.

I just left there I went in for an oil change and I drive a newer Escalade and the advisor kept saying they don’t work on Cadillac and I have a service plan for my oil changes and tire rotations so he started say oh it takes a long time to call them and get an approval I felt like they just didn’t want to do a service for me that’s the worst service department I’ve ever stepped in I thank God I don’t live out here and ever have to go there again

Terrible setup for a service department, looks like a unkept closet. Ugly outside and inside , depressing place drop off you $80,000 car!!!

Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
