Victor at Subaru Service truly went above and beyond helping me with my 2018 Subaru Forester. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough while guiding me through a recall issue and a transmission problem. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made the entire process feel way less stressful. I’m so grateful for his help and Victor is the reason I’ll keep coming back. Once again, last week I had a superior service experience at Santa Fe Subaru Service dept. I stopped in, unscheduled, they were a little short of service reps, but very welcoming with me. Victor overheard my request to get my malfunctioning backup fob working (or as I was afraid, replaced - very expensive to do, but a very necessary car part). Victor volunteered to look at the fob, initially thought it could be broken, but spending about 5-10minutes with it, then we tested it on my car, he had the fob working again and with a big smile & me profusely thanking him, he sent me on my way...I have always had positive experiences with Santa Fe Subaru Service over 7 years I've owned this Subaru Outback - a great car, best of all the 5 Subarus I've owned- and Victor is one fine example of the S

Terrible service don’t waste your money. They won’t take any responsibility for parts they damage on your vehicle and when you bring it up will just charge you to do the same job again. Spent 700+ on brakes they didn’t do properly the first time around.
