Subaru of Wichita has always been great! From the day I purchased my first Subaru in 2015. No pressure on sales or maintance! I feel relaxed and at ease when I am there. The employees are non judgemental and make you feel welcomed! I appreciate the snacks and drinks and kindness!

Wonderful service! Took a used car in that I’d just purchased out of state as I was concerned about a noise when starting it. They did a full inspection, checked the battery, and assured me that the car was in great shape. They were quick, kind, and reassuring. It’s nice to know there’s a place I can trust nearby.

I’m so Happy I bought my very 1st brand new car here. I was very happy with the experience. I had them install a tow hitch so I could put my bike rack on the back. They did an excellent job. It looks so subtle. I added before and after pics. They picked it up in the morning from my work, and dropped it back off by 2pm ish.

Everyone there is so fun. Josh was a blast to talk to today. It’s a long way from where I live but they make it worth it and waiting is pleasant. Comfortable seating, snacks, drinks and I take a book. They go over everything in detail and aren’t pushy at all. If an oil change can be fun, it’s at this place!

Took my Impreza in for a routine CVT service and couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dealership’s service department. The pricing was very clear, a loaner vehicle was ready, and any other maintenance items they recommended were brought to my attention via messaging/portal link in a very clear and detailed presentation. I was pleased with how easygoing the technicians were. At no point did I feel pressured to get any additional work done. 10/10 recommend.
