Manager Eddie was really rude, Bryan however was nice and helpful. Eddie screamed at me and my family for simply just walking around looking at the cars.

LAMOND the the parts department TRULY is EXEMPLARY. I have called to inquire about availability of O2 sensor for my Outback 2022 as my Subaru dealer (LOKEY PORT RICHEY) spilled oil during routinely 30k maintenance. I was in the waiting room for 4 hours on April 24, 2025, just to learn that the mechanic was cleaning the spill saying the smell will be few days but smell will go away. Engine check light came up within a month during Memorial Day long weekend (May 24th, 2025) with X-mode off, RAB light, etc. Another dealer. (SUBARU Conley Bradenton) were I was caught in the area with this light did the diagnostic with the video, confirming the issue after the spill. I came back to my SUBARU PORT RICHEY where they cleared the code and maybe wiped that sensor again, but the light came back

Went to have our car serviced. Oil change and tire rotation. They were quick and professional and even threw in a free car wash and vacuum. Great service.
