Subaru Service

Very disappointed in the fact that I have to pay 800 dollars to be able to remote start my subaru even though I can already remote start it if I subscribe to subarus on line service for a monthly fee. Not great customer service.

Customer service guy was a total jerk and kept cutting me off. Rude and disappointing service

I was greeted with an immediate acknowledgement and a smile as soon as I walked through the door! Nice way to start out any transaction! Very professional, but also friendly. Tanya was especially helpful with some good advice. I don't currently own a Subaru, but will certainly consider Subaru for my next auto purchase.

**Update: I don't feel comfortable going to this location after my most recent experience. I wish I could, because they always did a good job, but I can't tolerate dishonesty and disrespect from the people I trust to keep me and my family safe when we travel. These guys are amazing. I needed new brakes for inspection, which was about to expire. They got my brakes installed so fast, and I was on my way.
