The best customer service- their communication is always friendly, patient, and consistent with their actions! They make you feel important and taken care of, without any air of snobbery. I’ve always been happy with my maintenance and repair quality; but, let’s be honest, what keeps me going back to this location in particular is the awesome team here. Highly recommend. Special shout out to Alessandra, Anthony, Raul, John, and all of the mechanics who record those awesome videos of repairs being done on my car!

Horrible, I won't be back! They tried to sell me spark plugs, not realizing they had already replaced them last year. And I told them exactly what was wrong with the vehicle, but they charged a $160.00 "diagnostic fee" regardless...they wanted over $500 to replace 4 spark plugs and 4 spark plug wires (a 4 cylinder vehicle)...again, even though they replaced the plugs last year! Thieves ...I'll be taking my vehicle to someone honest and more reasonable!

I take my subaru only to the dealership for all maintenance and repairs . I love my forester and plan on keeping it for a very long time. The service dept is excellent and very attentive to what I say and what my car needs are and their response time is excellent.
