I was disappointed with my experience. I went in to have my brake pads replaced, but I was told that I would need to replace the rotors as well in order to get service here. How can you recommending additional work when it is truly not necessary; I was informed it was mandatory even though the rotors were still serviceable. It felt less like a recommendation for safety and more like an attempt to increase the overall cost of the repair. Customers should be given transparent explanations and options, not pressured into paying for services that may not be required.

This review is for any woman out there looking for a reputable place that they can feel comfortable walking into to have service on their vehicle. Just had my vehicle repaired there. Customer service was top-notch. Need your car serviced small jobs big jobs. They’re great.

Would not recommend coming here. One worker had a horrible attitude to me and berated me for not coming in sooner to get my oil changed. I know I should have, but I had attempted to make an appointment a week in advance with no availability, and there is a respectful and nice way to say anything! In addition, I had work done on my car a few weeks later at another mechanic shop, and the mechanics told me that they had to install a new oil drain plug and seal. They stated that whoever installed the oil drain plug last had over torqued the plug, causing threads to be damaged in the pan. They also informed me that whoever had done my last oil change had overfilled the oil. The last place who had done my oil was Suburban, and I suspect this damage was done by them. I will not be coming back her

Good shop. Honest, I brought my car in thinking it needed something and it didn’t. They were honest and didn’t try to take advantage. This is rare among shops.

Emissions testing, in and out in 15minutes and they even put air in my tires, no extra charge. Great place and staff.
