We have worked with these lovely people on projects for over 30 years. The service is always prompt, cheerful and precise. Just had two very tricky glass tops cut for side tables. They were perfect down to the last detail. Will not go anywhere else!

Suburban trim and glass were great! I called on Wednesday to make an estimate appointment and they were able to come out on Friday. Jeff and Angel were able to fix the window on the first visit!

I had an exceptional experience at Suburban Trim & Glass and am so glad I chose to do business with them. The gentleman who assisted me was willing to wait for me to arrive, a half hour after the store closed. I appreciated this so much, seeing that I couldn't make it there in time because of my job location. I really don't know of anyone else who would make such a sacrifice! He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Moreover, he gave me a couple options to choose from and said the more expensive option wasn't necessary. Most businesses are money-hungry, but not this one. After just a couple days, I received a call informing me that the customized tabletop glass was ready to be picked up. Wow, that was fast! The glass looks terrific, and my table looks as though it's brand new

BEWARE - this long established business has changed and does NOT back up their work. I ordered shower doors from STG because I didn't trust my own measurement. STG came to my home and measured for doors, it took 20 minutes, laser measure and all! I was contacted to come and select glass, sign contract and give down payment to get the order going. I did just that, trusting their brand recommendation and measurement written on the contract. STG told me - we measure, order & install, you need not worry about anything. From past experience I knew that, this is why I choose them. In February they installed shower doors, which ended up being two inches lower than my original doors and after months of numerous attempts to correct, STG now tells me I agreed to their contract and they refus

I asked Suburban to remove a mirror from my bathroom wall. Two friendly guys arrived on the scheduled day, worked out how to best remove the glass ( they had to break the mirror to take it off the wall) and took all the glass pieces away with them. They did a pretty good job cleaning up - I found only a couple of little pieces. I thought the price was reasonable and I would use this company again.
