Reasonably priced and a decent wash. There's of course a mat cleaning machine and the vacuum stalls have free rags that work well, glass cleaner, fragrance spray, and leather/vinyl conditioner. I'd be happy to give them another shot.

Rafael took care of my car, and the experience was absolutely top-tier. His attention to detail is incredible — every inch of the car was cleaned perfectly, from the wheels to the interior. You can tell Rafael truly takes pride in his work and treats every car like it’s his own. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was done right without rushing. The car looked spotless and had an amazing shine when he finished. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much about quality and customer satisfaction. If Rafael is working on your car, you’re in great hands. I highly recommend him and will definitely be coming back.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. The staff at the location would not admit that the car wash damaged the tire valves, although they saw me driving onto the premises and into the car wash. They also refused to provide the manager's contact number, and the manager was unwilling to speak with me. I was never asked how they could assist me, nor did anyone apologize for the incident. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I've called 7 times to cancel my membership. I've gone in twice. I've sent emails. They never answer their phones or voicemails. They continue to charge my card. You can't cancel in person. You have to "reach someone" and they have made it impossible to reach anyone. I figured that they would have cancelled after my initial voicemail and email. Come to find out they charge away. Go to another company. Once they get your card. You have to do a charge back. Fraud of a business.
