Sudsy Duck

Used to LOVE it, I took my car threw couple days ago. took my money, my code. All it did was leave soap on my car and dryers didn't work. I took it through again to get soap off, it works pretty good .Did not give me my code off. I try calling its always message box is full. That's not a way to run a business. I have now contacted my Bank because you don't have a phone # on Google. I am so disappointed you were so nice. What happened ??? Need to fix the problem and give all of us who got ripped off free car washes for a year.You should be reported to the Better Business Bureau!!!!!!!

I really like coming here, and do often, as i have several vehicles. There gave been several times when it didn't finish its cycle after I paid, but management been very accommodating

I was impressed for it being just a quick $6 wash...there were others but I just chose the cheapest. It asked on screen if I wanted no touch or light touch wash and drive slowly ahead, well I couldn't see through window to know how far up to pull car, there was a blinking green light at the end and so had to use wipers to clear window to see when to stop and then the area to stop is really small ,and if u go past it then u have to rev it backwards over a little hump where red light comes on and put it in park. But would use it again..thanks Sudsy Duck!

Paid $10 for a wash, started pulling in with the soap spraying on my hood, thennn nothing. Everything stopped, wash was turned off. Sat inside not sure what to do just pulled thru. Now I’m stuck with soap on my hood, no refund, and the “report a problem” number goes straight to voicemail. Would never go to this car wash

Paid for the $10 package, On the way in my car was initially sprayed with soap on then the wash stopped and never did anything else. No contact number or anyway to get in touch with management. Less than 1 star. Never go to this car wash
