Sudsy Sam's Car Wash

Didn't get car washed just stopped by Sunoco guick shop. Didn't have my cigarette coupon so had to leave without. Was a whole lot too cold to wash car or even try to clean interior but if necessary this is the place to come to. Close to home. All in all was a good stop though didn't really visit any or use of it facilities. Next time remember that coupon. Kool smokes where on sale but when got Kool coupon was lost in Kool.com system. This shop wasn't on list any more for some reason so had to go to Wawa do the road where coupon was usable also. Cost more then here but something went wrong once left home. At home it was on kool.com but then once there was gone. Now have to wait 12 hours to try again with next Kool coupon. See if this place is back on list. So might be back to get smokes or

"STATE-OF-THE-ART". July 29th around 10:30am I decided to use Sudsys' car wash for the FIRST time for a quick wash. Unfortunately, I left the car wash with a dirty car and heavily damaged jeep. I was told it was employee error by not resetting the rollers but this incident has happened twice in the past couple months. I entered the carwash behind a truck (F150) and the side rollers came up thru my hood instead of cleaning the sides(see attachments)... if it wasn't for my quick reaction/employee reaction the rolls could have damaged the vehicle even more or injured me. Police report was filed. claim was submitted and after 4 weeks I still don't have my jeep back. Not sure what the owner has done to fix this problem but I suggest everyone to refrain from using this car wash until the owner h

Do not use this car wash service. I went to Sudsy Sams yesterday and paid for a wash that included a step up from just the basic car wash and my car was still dirty after going through...as if it wasn't even washed. Then on top of that, there were scratches on my car that wasn't there before. I liked the fact that there was someone there to dry the car off after going through , but I expected to come out with a clean car. Then after I drove through and had my car towel dried, I went to the vacuum station to use the vacuum tool to vacuum my car out and the hose was detatched and broken. Couldn't even use it. This car wash has gone downhill dramatically since it opened some years back. Took my Dodge Caravan thru there today, the attendents spent about 30 seconds with dirty towels for the final dry ... windshield left streaked and dirty. When I looked at the back of my car after returning home (about a one mile drive) it was filthy. I had to wash the back of the car myself to finish the job. And, I had purchased the $20 "Delux" wash ..... best look elsewhere ... don't waste your money here. I should add too that they were not busy, I was the only customer there. Don't even deserve them one star rating but can't post with zero.

This place is the worse place ever , I don’t think anyone in there has a brain today, I purchased a membership for my mother and every she calls me and says the automatic feature isn’t working and instead of someone coming to fix it they leave her there blowing her horn once again 1/11/26 I’ve called 50x nobody even answers the phone, I’ve told her to use the up the street instead but she likes this one because it’s close to her house , after today she won’t have a choice , the absolute worst, vacuums are always broke and customer service is horrible
