I used the dog washing station and it went well. I brought my own shampoo but ended up using their conditioner too. The blow dryer was ok, I ended up towel drying mine. I spent $10, it takes $5 to start it up but $10 gave me 15 mins to do everything I needed. They're open everyday Monday through Sunday as far as I know but their door automatically locks at 11pm and unlocks at 7am. The different cycles they have to choose from are: rinse, shampoo, flea and tick, conditioner, deodorizer, blow dryer, sterilization solution for the tub, and vacuum. And the water does warm up too! Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience here and will use again.
