Sullivan Auto Trading Used Cars

I recently purchased a truck from Sullivan Auto Trading and worked with Madyson (sales), Will (sales manager), and Austin in finance. Will and Austin were both very helpful and everyone I interacted with was friendly. However, there were several issues during the process. The dealership is located in Fredericksburg and I live in Virginia Beach. We had originally discussed having the truck shipped directly to my house, but it was ultimately only transported to Norfolk, where I had to pick it up. The delivery timing also changed several times (Wednesday, then Thursday, and I ultimately picked it up Friday). When I arrived at 9:00 AM to pick up the truck, no one was there and I had to wait until about 9:30 for someone to arrive. I was told the delay was due to a repaint and detailing being

Had a few issues with the vehicle I was purchasing, but Sullivan auto trading made everything right and even told me instead of driving back to get the vehicle after being fixed they would deliver it to me on a rollback free of charge. Great people and a great place if your looking for a used vehicle.

My nephew had a truck that was in pretty good condition but was having trouble getting a fair price for it at any other dealerships we went to. Lots of low-ball offers. Came to Sullivan’s and was super surprised at the customer service. Vanessa was warm and welcoming. Took all our information and then introduced us to Donald. Donald went over a few figures he was looking at online and gave us top dollar for the trade in. Vanessa finished the paperwork and we had a check in hand in less than 30 minutes. No hassle. No gimmicks, and no lowballing. Made us feel like family. 10 out of 10 would recommend if you’re looking to trade in / trade up!
