Sullivan Tire & Auto Service

I’ve been taking my Honda Civic to Sullivan Tire in Lynn for about three years now, and I’ve consistently had great experiences. The staff is always professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They do their best to get your car in and out in a timely manner without ever making you feel rushed. I really appreciate their transparency with pricing and the fact that they proactively provide coupons when available. I never feel upsold or pressured—just informed and respected as a customer. I trust my car with them completely and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional service.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Service has really stepped up over the last couple years. Went in for a simple tire repair, the store managers Dakota, and Juan were overly receptive and friendly. They discovered extra things with my wheel and remedied it, and didn't even charge extra! Must've been one of those joyful days I guess.

Just left here, honestly the staff here is delightful. Prob the first time I felt like I wasn’t being taken advantage of. So helpful in and out with a small problem and advice on how to deal with it going forward. Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about Sullivan Tire on the Lynnway in Lynn, Ma. I had a rear tire that kept losing air for months. I took it to my local mechanic (who is fabulous) and then to Town Fair Tire (where I bought them last year). No luck with either place! Andre Gomes, the store manager, was incredibly helpful, working with the mechanics and reporting everything to me. Only $38 later and I’m back on the road. I highly recommend!

Sullivan Tire went above and beyond to resolve the issue with my minivan to the point I actually was able to get a sticker. They paid for a rental for me for approximately three months total. I am very appreciative of this service. Andre and Juan were amazing following up with me and doing the best they could under the circumstances. I can't thank them enough for the best treatment during this ordeal. THANK YOU!!!
