Been bringing my car here for years, always had a good experience. Prompt diagnosis, clear information, honest about which issues are immediate and which you could skip. Pricing seems reasonable. I’ve talked to Joe a lot who was super helpful and friendly. No issues in my experience.

Called to have 2 tires checked that have been needing air every 7-10 days. Gave me an appointment right away and diagnosed the problem. Both tires needed new valve stems and were replaced -free of charge. I am so happy that I purchased the Peace of Mind Maintenance Plan when I purchased my tires at Sullivan Tire. The Plan is as advertised…total Peace of Mind. I will always be a faithful customer to Sullivan Tire for all future tire purchases.

Fix one thing and the car is returned to you with 2 other things broken. Shady communication when confronted, everyone got amnesia when asked to repeat they was told to you last time you were in, changed reports from the one given to you to the new one being produced at the moment, 3 visits and hear 3 different things about the same issue, workers tell you one thing and the manager changes it to try to make you pay for things under warranty you already paid for. Its either you go somewhere else, keep an eye on them while they work or get cheated out of your hard earned money. Its my Last time giving my car to this place.

Got a quote from Sullivan for $800 for a job Honda fixed for $50. Total scam.

I usually don’t leave written reviews, but I felt it was necessary in this case. I started going to Sullivan Tire two years ago after getting a nail stuck in my tire in an Ikea parking lot. What impressed me from the start was that they didn’t try to sell me a new tire. Instead, they found a solution and simply patched it, which was a big plus in my eyes. Flash forward to today: they are honestly the best team to work with. I recently called to order two tires because my front tires were going bald. I mentioned that I wanted the same tires on all four wheels. They looked up my information and confirmed they could order them with no issue.
