The manager is helpful and friendly. Each time I have gone to this location in Salem I have had a positive experience and very good prices and everything was explained to me. Nothing was ever done to my vehicle without them first making sure I wanted to get it done. Their mechanics are thorough and extremely competent. And I feel very good about recommending them to friends and family alike.

These guys are the best! Brian took my car in the same day for an emergency flat tire on a run flat. Not only did he fix it quickly, but he was also able to repair it instead of replace it, saving me money. 10/10 highly recommend!

Today I had one of the best experiences I have had regarding auto maintenance/repair. John and his crew repaired my defective tire pressure monitor sensor that was causing my dashboard light to flash and beep at me. The technician also replaced all the monitors for they were near the end of their life. The tech was a former construction worker whose name I forget but whose work I will never forget, for he made the repairs that FOUR PREVIOUS GARAGES were unable to address, including a Ford garage. Sullivan will be my go-to location for auto maintenance from now on; I will place an order for four new tires in 2 or 3 weeks. It pays to treat customers well; many places do not understand this concept. Thank you, to the Salem location of Sullivan Tire!

I Came in for a road force balance. Incredible service from the Salem location. Everyone I dealt with at the shop was friendly and professional. I’ll 100% be coming back here for more service. The whole team was really great.
