We needed new tires after hitting a pothole at night (Yikes!). This whole team was prompt and professional -- online, the front office here and the workers putting on the new tires and resetting the alert system. All while I waited. Thank you. Highly recommend. Update: Great job! One suggestion : when a customer needs new tires because of hitting a pothole and tells you that, suggest checking the tire alignment and ideally doing that at the same time, at least checking it. Still, you did great! Thank you.

Had a great experience with this Sullivan tire location! They price matched the tires we were looking for and had the best install and alignment price I could find locally. I didn’t end up needing an alignment so they were kind enough to save me the time and money on that. I would have been none the wiser if I did or did not need an alignment so it was reassuring to know there are still honest people in the world! I think especially in this field people have major concerns of being taken advantage of and I had such a great experience. I will definitely be back for my alignment when it’s needed!

WARNING !!! ⚠️. The service provided was embarrassing. I went in for brakes and rotors front and back. I was given a MAX 3 hour window. I informed them I had plans & would be walking around the area waiting. I came back at the 3 hour mark and technicians were casually having conversations outside of garage bays wasting time, as they were before I left 3 hours prior. The “3-hour” window became 5 hours. An entire day wasted, an over charge on parts, and non attentive staff. Please save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!! $900 just for the FRONT?

Made appt online. Brought it in and had it taking in earlier than appt time. Which means it was finished earlier. Very satisfied, no hassle about trying to sell you something other than what you came in for.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and to reschedule it when a conflict arose in my schedule. The salesperson was friendly and courteous, the tires and services were exactly as expected, and the tires are a model that received a very high rating from Consumer Reports.
