Visited with Brian and John. My home health aide, Sharon, and my service dog, Oliver were along during the visit. In general, the place was clean, and the residents seemed friendly. The heating equipment we viewed in a couple of rooms seemed quite dated. The fact that washer & dryer were not in the units we saw was disappointing. However, overall, the value was there, and I wish to explore it fully over the next 2 days before making a final decision. Best regards, Paul & Ollie

I toured and dined in the facility, in search of a place for my dad. The manager/asst. manager were excellent. Nice renovations will be finished in February. The best part was the couple hours I spent talking with a 90-yr mom and her daughter. The mom had to leave a few years ago due to her husband's condition, and was now thrilled to be returning. I got to see the reunion with the staff and her friends. Impressive retirement home.

This a decent place. My Mother lives there. They are small efficiency apartments. The apartments themselves seem well maintained. The place is clean and seems well maintained. All the residents my wife and I came in contact with seem happy and were friendly. My Mother is happy there. There is plenty of parking with many handicap spaces closer to the building. The grounds are well maintained. There is a front desk that you need to stop at before entering the actual resident living area.

My aunt lived with you. She had a great apartment and loved the people and kept her sweet dog. I am now looking myself for me and my dog Loveday. I have to convince my son it is not too far from Arlington ma. I stayed with you when my aunt was there. She was happy. Liked the service people and clients. Let’s be honest it is an adjustment one of many in life but you even had a garden.
