So my mom and I used to be long time customers when Jamie and her husband owned summit auto they were the best. Decided to give the new place a try I called yesterday to make an appointment for an oil change and the lady on the phone seemed under the influence I told her if could make an appointment and she said it was fine that I didnt need one and to just come in anytime Before two pm so I told her I can come in around ten am she said yes. Well we get here and she looks really out of it and I told her we were here for the oil Change and she says I should have come in at 8 am and they can’t do anything. Wow! My mom and I walked out we are never coming back here. I dont know how they get any bUsiness with that kind of poor service

Our Lexus needed struts and Summit was recommended. Luke did a great job installing our new KYB struts. The car handles like from the factory again! It’s a completely organized shop, and they communicate with the customer every step of the way. Karen at the front desk is a gem, and this shop is honest, professional, and reasonably priced!

Have been going to Summit Automotive for years. Have always been satisfied with their service and will use them in the future.

The new owner Ryan is incredibly fast, fair and with the same team behind him, amazingly efficient. My car was working great when I picked it up the very same day I brought it in. I would highly recommend them, as a former twenty-year customer of Summit, and now an ongoing Summit customer. Thanks again for the great service.

They made unauthorized repairs to my jeep. No one called me to tell me what was wrong or how much it would be to fix it? They charged me $500 for what I am being told is $200 worth of work. Someone else shared a similar experience at this same shop that they way over charged for what they had done. I am leaving review so hopefully others are not taken advantage of. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS SHOP!!!
