If you're on the fence, looking at reviews to see if this shop is worth it: IT ABSOLUTELY IS. Back in late 2019, I was involved in my very first car accident. I had very little idea and knowledge around trustworthy body shops local to me. My brother recommended me Collision Pros, back when they were still located on the stretch of Wadsworth road. I purchased a donor door that was originally in the color white, but my primary concern was the quarter panel damage. I gave my car to Jack and he reassured me it would be done right. Jack kept me up to date on the progress of my car and despite how incredibly busy he and his team were, they had completed my car within a very reasonable time frame. I chose to have my 2019 Miata RF repaired at Summit Collision Pros after an accident with a semi and could not be happier. They got the car done quickly, the repair looks amazing, and my car feels like it did before the accident again! They were very courteous as well, just a great experience. Highly recommend. I highly recommend Summit Collision Pros. We had the mirror replaced on our 2020 Hyundai. Jack the owner and Donovan and staff,went above and beyond to get it fixed correctly and quickly. They dealt with the insurance company for us and made sure we were getting the proper replacement mirror. We took the car in on a Monday and had it back the next day! Not only was the exterior washed the inside looked like it had been detailed at no extra charge! They also adjusted a headlight for no extra charge! We couldn’t have asked for better service!
