Williams Auto is the best shop I've ever dealt with. Super friendly, they really do a great job explaining things to their customers, and pricing is appropriate. I recently moved 30 miles away - but Williams is the place I go to for my cars.

Kenny Jr. And Sr. Always go out of the way to provide top notch service at a reasonable price. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. They take care of my cars as if they were their own. They never try to oversell on services that aren't needed.

Can't say enough good things about these folks and their customer service excellence. Today was my first visit with them. I thought I needed new brakes but it turns out, they are fine for another winter. I've already scheduled my next oil change appointment. Very reasonable and very thorough. Thank you!

Williams was recommended to me by my niece, and I'm so grateful. This shop is the best place in all of Northeast Ohio. So very friendly, efficient and precise with the inspection process. I can't thank everyone there enough for giving me honest information of the details going on with my vehicle. My car was basically a moving hazard until I took it to this shop. I will never go anywhere but Williams for any auto service needed for my car.

I recently took my Porsche 911 in for its annual service plus some parts replacement and performance items to be installed. I had been recommended to Williams from the dealer that I bought my car from and was extremely satisfied. It is a father and son owned and operated shop and that does excellent work and is extremely fair in their pricing. I had called several times to get recommendations on the car and they talked me through all aspects of what I needed to know since I am new to Porsche ownership. Not only do they work on exotics, but pretty much anything. I will be taking the rest of my vehicles to Williams for all of our automotive needs. Ken and Ken Jr. are top notch and very customer focused.
