Sumter Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Service

I will say, I went to this service department with a little hesitation. A technician from another repair shop told me that I needed to have some maintenance done on my car. My car is under warranty so I brought it to this Dodge dealership for it to be repaired. After a deep investigation, this dealership went above and beyond by letting me know that nothing was wrong and not taking advantage of a situation. That level of integrity is something I value so I will be coming back for future maintenance needs. Thank you to the staff as you guys hit it out of the park all around. Thank you again!

Service roder didn't listen to me. Replace the wrong parts. Then replace the right part and charge me for all the parts But no labor. They had my truck for over a week To change the fan bearing. But they changed the alternator instead. Twice. Won't be taking my truck back there any time some.

Best experience I’ve had there so far. Brought my 19 Ram in for a repair and recalls, got it fixed in 24 hours.

Order a few parts for my challenger with a lady in parts. Forgot her name but she is always wonderful and shows she cares.
