Best location for my auto needs. They are knowledgeable and courteous and do a full inspection every visit. They use quality products and I have never felt pushed to do work that isn’t needed. The only place I have my oil changed. Easy to schedule appointments on line or by phone. My only complaint is the wait. When I have an appointment I shouldn’t have to stand in line for 20 minutes while the one person is checking in other customers AND taking phone calls to provide quotes for 10 minutes while active customers wait. Also, a scheduled oil change shouldn’t take 1.45 minutes to complete because there are 3 ahead of me. What does the appointment really mean?

Came in for an oil change and ended up needing to do more work. I was expecting it, but with the friendliness of all the staff, it took a lot of stress off. Very knowledgeable and professional. Always a great experience coming to Sun Auto on Ann and Simmons. They got me in and out on same-day service!

Awesome customer service! The guy at the front desk (I think John?) was very friendly and helpful in helping me get whatever I needed done, and I also appreciated the interesting small talk about our cats! Will definitely be returning for more services in the future.

Got me in same day! Dropped off at noon and had it back by 3:30. Replaced brakes on both axels, fixed a small oil leak, and replaced 2x tire sensors. Very reasonably priced and all work comes with a 2 yr warranty. Will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Kanahao Was the technician who fixed my car, he did a great job and was very professional. I received pictures with explanations of everything along with a detailed report. It was fantastic! The shop manager Johnny is also extremely professional and great Customer service. Very friendly I will definitely come back
