Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Manager was very attentive and respectful. Went in for new tires, found out one of my wheels were cracked, and the only hiccup was they were short staffed when I was able to bring in a replacement wheel the following day, and that process took over 6 hours to finish..... . Other than that everything else was great.
I have had work done on my tires at Sun Auto on three separate occasions and each time has been wonderful. A year and a half ago, I ran over three different nails/screws thanks to all of this lovely construction in the greater Seattle area. In a Hail Mary attempt to get my tire fixed before work, I drove it over to Sun Auto. They took me in immediately and got my tire fixed within the hour and didn’t even charge me for the service as a walk-in customer. Just two and half months ago, I got a SEVERE flat on I5 after driving over a massive screw. I needed to get my spare tire on to get it to Sun Auto but my lug nut key was missing from my car. One of the guys from the shop drove over to where I was parked to help me get my spare on and then made sure I safely got to the shop. The guys did a
Had my 2020 RAM in for a brake fluid flush and an inspection for a road trip from Seattle to Cabo. I wanted to make sure my truck was ready. Everything checked out great. They scheduled the work to be completed the same day I called. Staff was friendly and honest. Service was quick and efficient and provided a report with photos of the inspected components. Shop looked clean. New ownership also owns Greggs Japanese Auto giving me some comfort in mechanic qualification
Super nice guys, I went in asking that they check my alignment because another shop said there was a problem. They assured me there was nothing wrong, that other shops often try to get more than what is needed and even gave me a discount I wasn’t aware of. I’d recommend them to anyone.
