Sunland Sales Rv

I left a great review for them before but have had additional experiences that might be helpful for others looking for an RV dealer. A couple weeks back my electrical system went haywire. A cursory examination of the system found a broken solar connector. I texted Ty a photo of it. He immediately got back with me and gave me their repair guy’s cell number. I texted him and he managed to get me the part the following week. When I had follow up questions about install, he was super generous with the advice. This level of post-sale service was remarkable and I really appreciate all they do over there. Thanks fellas!

Showed up at 4:00 PM on a Friday, an hour before their posted closing time, hoping to look at and perhaps buy a truck camper. Pulled in and parked. Walked up to the door, it was locked. Honestly the place looked deserted. After walking by their six, yes, a whopping six total RVs of any type I finally called the listed phone number. Guy says "Oh...I left about an hour ago." I said, well your gate is open. "That's just my mechanic but I will be there tomorrow." Seriously, your hours say 7am to 5pm and you left at three? I may have said a few choice words. What a buffoon. No "Sorry" No explanation just Uhhh.. Won't go back and I suggest you call before you go. Apparently, they can't be bothered to be open when they say they are. Or better yet, go somewhere better. Just sayin'

Other than tax and license, the price they quoted in their ad was the price we paid. Super happy we found Sunland Sales, and we're quite happy with our Palomino travel trailer.

We stopped in at Sunland Sales RV.checked out some R.V.'s PUMA'S Trailer's are Beautiful ,The pick up big campers which we didnt check out. There all amazing. Check it out.

Bought a 20' Alaskan XL from Ty and have had nothing but great service from him. I was very nervous about buying a boat from a different state, but Ty has made it very easy especially helping me with getting it shipped back to Michigan for me. I would buy from them again without a doubt. Thank you for the awesome service.
