I ordered a headlight on Thursday 02/12/26. Expecting my light to be delivered Monday 02/16/26or Tuesday 02/17/26. Call them on Wednesday02/18/26. And the order never got process all because Mr. Chad head one number wrong on the credit card. My telephone number never changed. He told me my correct telephone number and lie said he called me so the customer car that I am fixing is mad at me. Because the part didn't come in. Because Mr Chad messed it up. The business communication sucks. Thank you, mr, Chad.

I had a great experience with the service. I bought a set of wheels from them after a tire shop recommended it, but when I went to another tire shop, they told me there was no need to replace them. I returned the wheels, and they accepted the return without any issues or additional charges. Tim, who helped me, was very friendly, honest, and professional. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and honesty — highly recommended!

Customer service, very unhelpful, and they are getting just as bad as the normal parts store's people that know anything about vehicles know that different year, can fit different models they wanna know specific year that way, they can look it up. And when they don't find it, they can't help you. But different parts from different years can work if they're the same style. But they don't care, they don't see it in their computer. So they can't help you.

The service was fast and the staff is friendly! I called about 20 salvage yards looking for a part with some that didn't answer my call or call me back but Sunline was able to help me out!
