Sunnyside Acura Service Department

Took my car under full Acura factory warranty here for service and they caused damage to the vehicle and pretended like they didn't. After many attempts to contact them, they simply ignored me and did nothing about it. I was also over charged for the service, which took 30 minutes in person to refund on the computer while I stood there. The service was sub par, leaving the car dirty, and issues not fixed, needing to be re-done for a second time. This business put profit ahead of customer loyalty. The worst of this was the service folks tried making me feel uncomfortable, hoping id leave the overcharges and issues as is, without resolution.

I had a fantastic experience at Sunnyside Acura! Kate was absolutely wonderful—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took great care of my car, handling the tire rotation and oil change efficiently and with great attention to detail. The service was smooth, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer care. I highly recommend Sunnyside Acura and will definitely be returning for future maintenance. Five stars all the way!

Everyone knows, especially car enthusiasts, that this is best dealership in the area! I’ve being going here for about 3 decades and there is a reason for that, they are second to none! Their service department is the absolute best! Their mechanics are able to fix, what most others can’t or won’t. My car always drives amazingly when I get it back from service. They always exceed my expectations and will have a customer for life! Thank you Sunnyside Acura and everyone in the service department that keeps our vehicles running smoothly!!!
