I brought my car in for a routine state inspection and was told it failed due to multiple "issues" that seemed suspicious. The mechanic immediately offered to fix them for an outrageously high price. I took the car for a second opinion elsewhere and was told there was nothing wrong and it passed inspection with no problems. This shop appears to fail inspections intentionally to pressure you into costly, unnecessary repairs. That’s not just bad business it’s unethical. Avoid this place if you value honesty and want a mechanic you can actually trust.

Terrible service. I came here for a state inspection and the guy told me to come back 30 minutes later which I did. When I returned, I explain this to a different person. He was so rude to me and told me if I wanted an inspection to come back in an hour. A note to businesses that think customer service does not matter...it does; and will come back to bite you when the economy slows down.

Went there for inspection last week. The owner failed my Camry because my front marker light was out and lied about my backup light bulbs being out. He then said he would change the lights bulbs and pass inspection if I paid him $150. The light bulb cost $1 at Napa auto parts. Light bulb 194 is a very common and inexpensive light bulb. I offer go change it real quick then he said I would have to come back another day. This isn't the first time he over charges me for a state inspection. I hope the state looks into his unethical abuse of state inspection privileges.

The service here was terrible, I left in tears after being treated like dirt and shoved out the garage with hand motions by the so-called manager Joe. I was referred to this station, I was told they do good work, when I arrived I was greeted by two servicemen that felt I interrupted their coffee at 8:15am. It went from bad to worse when the manager arrived and said I needed to get the lights on my dashboard display cleared before he would help me. He said he had to take a picture and send it in without the lights. He said he doesn't work on Volkswagens, they use a different machine that they don't have.
