Sunray BP Auto Repair

Heat went out in my car. I had a pretty good idea where the troubleshooting was headed, but didn’t have the equipment. Come to find out after they looked at it, I was correct in what the issue is. That’s all just to say that I feel pretty confident when I say that these guys are super honest. On top of that, their rate was very fair. For those two reasons, I’m planning on bringing my vehicles to this location for as long as they’re in business. Update: I had another issue with my car, and brought it back here because of the great service I got last time. Twice now I’ve received top of the line service, far beyond what I’ve gotten pretty much anywhere else. That’s a track record worth hanging your hat on in my book.

Sunray BP Auto Repair is a great little spot. They fixed my SUV ran full diagnosis, gave me a link and a print out of everything, continuously kept up communication AND gave me a little rental in the meantime. The people that work there are very nice and respectful. My husband bright his truck to them tried another place hated the other place came right back and brought my car as well. Everything has held up no quick fixes actually taking the time to do it right and reasonable price. I was expecting thousands and it turned out to only be a couple hundred. Mind you my SUV is salvage titled has had a lot of issues seen a lot of different mechanics including Honda themselves and never found the issue that Sunray did. Checked in with Troy, he makes things go pretty smooth. Came in for an inspection and ended up fixing the exhaust and muffler. They do a good job keeping you updated on the repair. Car drives smoother than I thought it would. Glad I came. Parking is limited so be warned.

I brought my car in today to have my brakes checked and I was so glad to be offered a car to use while they inspected my vehicle. They called to let me know my brakes were fine, but my battery had failed the inspection. I was shocked but so grateful they caught it before it caused me any problems. They are honest and trustworthy and I never thought I’d say that about mechanics or car ppl in general! And my car was ready before I was even got off work! This is a place I can trust, and I’ll be coming back for any future repairs needed. A big thank you to Troy and the rest of the mechanics at Sunray!

Troy and the mechanics were very informative, transparent, thorough, and attentive to the issues with my car. They were able to service my vehicle quickly and also allowed me to use a loaner vehicle over the weekend while we waited for parts to arrive. Thank you!
