Sunset Car Wash

The man running the car wash today provided excellent customer service and made a long term customer out of me. I am confident that if anything were to be askew with one of my visits here, it would be promptly and excellently addressed by the owner.

So far so good. Tried for the first time today. I chose the works which was the most expensive one $12. It did a very good job for not having any brushes or anything, it doesn't touch your car. It seems all brand new and as car washes go the new ones always do a good job. I'm happy with it I'll try it again

Picked my wash and paid with card. Door never opened. No wash No attendant for help. Checked my online banking card was charged $10 for wash. Tried calling 3 times left number. No return call or help. Very shady.

I put $12 in the Machine and it told me that I still owe $2. I tried to refund my money and it wouldn't let me so I swiped my credit card and it said thank you for your purchase please drive-through. SO I drove through and nothing happened And I didn't even get my car washed for $14.00.. and to top it off there isn't even a phone # to call to try an get my money refunded...

Amazing vacuums but I bought the deluxe wash and it didn’t do much. Still quite a bit of dirt and dust on my car, drying portion didn’t work very much at all either. Wouldn’t use it again personally
