I have been getting my dodge charger serviced here for 5 years and never had an issue until now. Took my car to get new tires at a reputable tire shop and the technician could not get my lug nuts loosened off. He said my god idk what they did but I cannot get them to budge. Sunset motors was the last place my car was serviced at getting an oil change and tires rotated. That was in February of 2025. I called them told them the problem and was told it would cost me per lug nut to fix. No absolutely not, I said . I did not do this your technician did this and now I cannot get my brakes changed or my tires on… or what if I get a flat tire , can’t be changed bc they are too tight and may strip if forced. Brought my 2024 jeep to them recently with a leaking sunroof, and all my dash lights illuminated from the water. (Car was bought at another dealership that claimed to of fixed the problem last year when it first happened to me). When I called they got me in as soon as they could, and fixed it!! They took every step to actually find the issue, tested it before and after it was fixed, and kept me updated through the whole process cause it took a few days since it’s a major issue (I told them take as long as they needed). They made sure to inspect everything to make sure the water didn’t cause damage, and also performed recalls I had on the car at the time. Can’t thank them enough for their kindness and help!
