if i could give them a 0 i would this is the worst i have ever been treated dealing with car problems. Kayley is so rude and disrespectful to Suntrup customers. She kept nagging me about things that had nothing to do with her (she was not helping me) and cutting off Hailey the girl that was helping me. Hailey was a lot more understanding and kind. I hope if you are to go here for help you ask for Hailey. People who have attitudes and problems with customers for asking questions should never be working at a place people go to get their vehicle/ vehicle serviced. I understand everyone has bad days but this is not the first time this girl has been rude to me when going there. She is like this with everyone who goes in there for a service. My in-laws recently purchased a vehicle from Andy at the Hyundai store and they were so happy with his service. My father-in-law can be challenging at times and Andy handled it with the utmost patience and professionalism. We will definitely be purchasing from Andy again!!
My experience with Suntrup Auto Acceptance. I’ve been dealing with a roach infestation in my vehicle for about a month and reached out to the dealership for assistance. The finance manager instructed me to bring my car in on Friday to have it cleaned. When I arrived, I was told that no one had been informed about my situation. I offered to send photos to document the issue, but the finance manager said it wasn’t necessary. Later, I spoke with the general manager over the phone, and instead of showing concern or offering a solution, he attempted to blame the area I live in for the pest problem. When I went to the dealership in person to speak with my salesperson, my mother was speaking with the general manager, and the conversation became tense. While I remained calm and professional, the
I completed a credit application after being contacted about a vehicle and was told I was approved with $1,000 down. When I asked for APR and monthly payment details, the information was not provided upfront and I was pushed toward phone calls instead. I was later told the vehicle was a “dummy car,” which contradicted the original outreach. The dealership advertises 100% online car buying, but my experience did not align with that. Communication and tone from management Guy Jordan were unprofessional, and the approval was ultimately canceled rather than addressing the concerns. Proceed with caution and get everything in writing. If I could upload the text I received from management I would but I’ll be escalating it to the BBB and Corporate.
Jeremiah was AMAZING! I got the car I was set on, and he was so polite and patient with me. Getting the car that you want is such a special feeling! I was hesitant to believe what all the ads say, but I could not have asked for a better experience. I can't say enough about this young man and look forward to sending my friends and family to him!
