This service department is outstanding and never fails to meet my expectations! I owned a new Nissan years ago and Scott was my service adviser there, so when he moved up to VW, we bought a VW. Scott has since become the service Manager and we still talk. I believe he taught the advisers that are there now to follow the same steps and common sense methods that he used along with their knowledge because they are on top of everything! Anytime I have any problem at all, I just call and they get it taken care of. My service adviser now is Ian and he is a clone of Scott as far as work ethics goes! He is also personable. The inspection and recommendations that the mechanics make during the work being done is awesome! This is very helpful in preventing other issues. Well done to the mechanics! I
