Super B Carwash Inc

This was the worst experience and Rip off my car wash experience. I need to wash my bronco after the recent ice storm. Went to Super B Car Wash. I should have known better when there were no signs on any of the Carwash bays. Thee was not a price chart anywhere and there was no phone number. If you were going to use cash you could control the time but I used a credit card. ( Big Mistake) there was no tally of how much I was spending and no price chart. It was not easy to stop the machine from working to end the session. I ended up spending $68.00 for 25 mins of car wash. Now had I know the price i would have been more prepared. ( Shame on me). Carwash machine Roofbrush hanging from the top seems no harm as it cleans car exteriorly.It,however,damaged my mirror outside(see attached) as none with sane mind think that woulda actually harm both car and my life putting us in danger.Owner did not respond until i told him i got a footage of the whole thing.Finally,responded called me out and said I am not liable but I can tape it in🙄🤦‍♀️🙄.I walked out saying "Ok,fine!"Weighing options with lawyers to see if it can be presented at the court and let the people make decision!Bad business practice(period)! This at your OWN RISK,car wash!

First machine jacked my $1.00 because it wasn't shooting out any soap and the water pressure wasn't high enough. Moved stalls and the second worked just fine and didn't have any problems. Got the clean I needed for the exact change budget and didn't have any further inconveniences. It's getting harder to find reliable self washes that don't gouge your money either on the change machine or the vacuums but everything else is in working order.

This is a bad car wash. New in town. Came twice. No soap in the power wash both times. No spot free rinse. Bays are dirty. First time had a 5 inch pond in middle of the bay. Debris on pavement in and out - nails a drill bit, screw. Won’t go back.

Noticed that the spray hose was disconnected too late and water squirted straight down from the top… Swallowed 5 bucks when I needed to wash my truck. Looks like the owner blacked out his number so people won’t complain. Terrible business
