Super Heroes Car Wash

Super late review. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here because right before you enter the payment area you are in a mini parking lot with the prep station. I got a free air freshener. After, I asked the employee at the payment station I wanted to do the process myself, he let me. After the wash you go into the vacuum area and it has the sprays for window, air freshener, & 2 other sprays and the air gun. The downsides were the employee stood most of the time when I was paying while their competitors wouldn't do this, and before I even drove up to the payment station he was hanging out with someone and they eventually left. There's a sign that says "No Loud Music" when the car behind me was doing this. No employee was near by for me to let them be aware. It was slow and most of the bowled

Juan was absolutely amazing and explained how things work. Prep station was neat and had all necessary tools. Air for tires is amazing. The vibe and them of the wash is very unique. Cindy clarified they can do a wrap retract on my ceramic coated vehicle. Will definitely recommend, and come back for the organized tools and clean environment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 - Impeccable service! I passed the Super Hero Car Wash today and left there impressed. Fast service, organized environment and my car shone like new. But the highlight goes to Juan, who was extremely attentive, polite and professional from start to finish. He explained everything correctly, helped with the options and ensured that the work was done with a whim. It's rare to find someone who really cares about the customer - and Juan does just that. It's worth every penny. I highly recommend it!

Hands down the best car wash in Orlando. Right when you pull in, the staff is friendly, my favorite person is Cindy. She’s always there greeting you with a smile. The facility is alway clean with fresh towels ready. The owner Genti, super cool guy. He lent me a screw driver when I needed one. Overall, if you’re not washing your car here, what are you doing??

Excellent service from start to finish! The products are high quality, the vacuums are very powerful, and they even have a great-smelling fragrance that leaves your car fresh and clean. What truly stands out is the staff. I accidentally locked my keys and phone inside my car, and Juan and Brandon immediately stepped in to help. They took me to the office and even let me use their personal phones so I could contact my family to bring a spare key. Amazing customer service and genuinely kind people. I highly recommend this car wash! 🚗✨
