Super Star Car Wash - Cooper St & California Ln

Place is a dumpster with scammy business practices. Went in and ask if they wash under carriage and the guy lied and said the $17 will do it. It wash the same exact way as the $10 without washing anything. Then their machine destroyed my driver side mirror. When I told them they told me they're not liable. Even ignored my claims to get them fix/replace. Avoid this place AT ALL COST. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR.

Today I went to Super Star Car Wash to wash my car. When I declined the membership offer, the employee who was working treated me disrespectfully and behaved in a rude and racist manner. I was very disappointed by this experience, as I expect to be treated with respect regardless of my decision as a customer. I hope this matter can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. I’ll definitely cancel my subscription to this car wash. What attracted me at first was that they have a lot of locations, and it’s convenient to wash your car anywhere in the city. But the quality of the wash varies a lot from place to place. In some locations, the equipment is really old and does more damage to the car than cleaning it. I’ve gotten a lot of scratches and chips from this car wash. I know my car isn’t new — I use it for work — but it’s still frustrating that after a wash, I end up with a dirty and scratched car instead of a clean one. What you see is the result after two washes in a row — the car is still dirty. When I showed the employee the damage and scratches, as well as the remaining dirt, all he offered was to go through the wash a third time, as if that would help.

Update: a claims rep was assigned and claimed after a “thorough” investigation that lasted a couple hours at best, the car wash is not responsible and denied the claim! Busted windshield and NO help from this location or corporate. I filed a claim last week after this location gave me the wrong contact info and never got back to be from their investigation and camera check they claimed they would complete that night. My windshield is getting worse daily. And to add insult to injury, they charged us for another month of washes when we cannot use it while the windshield is cracked! Brand new 2025 vehicle and ZERO accountability from this location!
