Super Star Car Wash - Melrose Drive & Sunset Dr

I had such a great experience at this car wash thanks to Marcos. When I pulled around to the vacuums, he immediately came over, asked if l needed anything, and was genuinely kind and helpful the entire time. He didn't just do the bare minimum-he went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and that my experience was smooth and stress-free. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it truly stood out. Marcos is a huge asset to this place and absolutely deserves recognition (and honestly, a promotion). I will definitely be coming back because of him!

The place was very nice and well stocked. While we were cleaning, the associate Marcos made sure that we were doing good and asked how the wash was, it made us feel seen and honestly he's been the first person to help us out and it was very nice. He also helped us out with getting wipes and air fresheners . I can honestly say I'va always had a good experience at this location but it was better today being helped by Marcos. Overall this location is amazing !

Superwash is great. I’ve been to other membership car washes and this one is just way more on top of fixing down vacuums and easily resolve issues. Marcos and team off Melrose in Oceanside are always cool and quick to help. Been a member for a while and always will be
