Super Star Car Wash - Parker Rd & Twenty Mile Rd

I stopped here for a quick car wash, they're running a great deal, so I signed up. After signing up, I pulled forward to enter the carwash. There was no attendant, So I just waited. The manager ran up with another employee and had to reset the timer. The employee sprayed down my car, Then quickly went into the office. Shortly after, there was some kind of malfunction. One of the machine arms was grinding into the front of my car, and grinding into the top of my hood, while the wheel grip was grinding into the side. It was making horrible grinding noises. We were in the full wash, something was clearly wrong, I could not tell where the damage was happening as it sounded like it was happening all over us. Everything was so loud!! I couldn't stop the machine, and there was no one available. T

Manager, Sage, provided a great customer service experience (3/3/26). We took our car through the car wash (the 'Clean Wash' level) late the prior evening (after a multi-day road trip across country) and unfortunately a lot of dirt remained (immediately after the wash) in areas where it should have been removed (eg. the surface area of the hood). Upon my return the next morning to review with a staff member, Sage assisted me. She was professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. She agreed the hood should've come out clean and also explained how some indentations (and other more secluded locations on the car's body) may not be reached by the car wash rollers. She set up another wash for me (the 'Super Protect' level) at no charge, then walked alongside my car and observed the cleaning proc

I had a great experience at Super Star Car Wash. Trey was extremely helpful from start to finish and made the whole process quick and easy. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was done right. My car looks great, and you can tell he really takes pride in doing a good job. I definitely appreciate the effort and customer service — I’ll be coming back!

When I did a Google search for touchless carwashes in Parker, Super Star was by far the highest rated. So I showed up, paid and then as I turned the corner I saw - BRUSHES!!! I asked the attendant over, and he kindly helped me pull out and brought Samuel (GM) over to help with a refund. Samuel took my info and immediately darted away to do what was needed for my refund. When he came back we had the most pleasant conversation. There was no pressure or negativity in his words or tone. Just by his kindness and knowledge, he had convinced me to go ahead and drive thru. I must say, I was blown away at how nice a job the wash did. Samuel knew my concerns - he actually walked halfway thru the wash watching everything, and then met me shortly after in the parking lot while I was drying my BABY
