Super Star Car Wash - Peart Rd & Florence Blvd

I would give them less than 1 star if that was possible. After going through the wash 2 times our truck looks as though no one, or nothing had been done to it. We were told by the attendant that we didn't have to put the mirrors back. But the brushes in the wash did it for us, with a snap. The second time it bend them backwards. That's no good!!!! We have been through many car washes all over the nation, but this one was THE WORST! SAVE YOUR MONEY, OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Super Star Car Wash has been a great spot for me. The wash itself leaves my car looking almost brand new, and the team members I’ve talked to have been friendly and made sure I knew how everything worked. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, simple car wash with good results.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP. If you do, don't be surprised when you get slammed with an annual fee that is 3x your monthly rate. You won't find this on your online account, which is very difficult to get to, and the rep won't tell you when they sign you up. They don't have chat or a phone number to call - you have to submit anything thru an online form and wait up to 3bd for an email back. Almost all the time the scanner has issues and they have to have someone babysit the entry to let you in. You can find a better deal elsewhere with more reliable service, and they won't be deceptive with their practice.

Julio at Superstar Car Wash was amazing! He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. He took the time to answer questions and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Great customer service like this really stands out thank you, Julio!

Took my grandparents car here to get it washed and I had needed help updating the license plate to their account they have with super star. Joseph Holems was the gentleman that helped me. He was very professional and nice about the whole situation and I absolutely love the customer care He showed. I will definitely be coming back.
