Super Star Car Wash - Power Rd & Pecos Rd

This is one of the best carwash I go to. Clean rags and good window cleaner. Shout out to the employees there Scott and Collin and the team as well they all are awesome great customer service. I highly recommend this super car wash.

Patricia is awfulllllllll She just fought with me and held me for 5 minutes while a line of customers are allll trying to get vacuums working because they are all out of order and towels are all gone outside, however clean ones are stacked up in huge piles inside where you drive through by the worker signaling cars in They should let us know before we enter that we will not be getting any vacuum or towels today and btw Patricia would not refund me What a waste of time and money She said we are fixing the vacuums for the customers and we have to clean the towels so deal with it pretty much Ya give me a refund She was very aggressive and talking over me and yelling It caused a scene and was very embarrassing and saddening for her to act like this She tried to intimidate me big time and kept

I have been a member for several years today I had an incident where I vacuumed my aura ring and the general manager Patricia was absolutely absolutely amazing!!!! She took the time out of her morning to open up the Trap Shoot (which was NOT an easy task!!) and helped me find my ring. There was a good chance it could have gone into the underground piping but again she took the chance and time to check the Trap rather than giving up! I am so grateful that I found it and again thank you thank you thank you so much Patricia for providing such amazing customer service and caring about your customer.I will never forget this!

Excellent place for express carrot wash. Easy process...fantastic steps...well managed service with Excellent staff...Good deals on pass otherwise it is 18$per wash. Great locations to choose from...other competitors offer good deals too

I stopped at Super star car wash on pecos and power in Gilbert and experienced an issue with a coupon. The manager (Patricia) handled the issue with grace and the most Awesome customer service I have encountered in a long time. She provided me with a complementary super wash. Thank you Patricia and your amazing staff. This will forever remain my favorite car wash.
