Super Wash

I paid for the $10 wash that is suppose to do multiple passes. It did one wash pass, polish then spot free. The sprayer didn’t even hit my car and the top of my car was still a complete mess like I had never washed it in the first place. This was the biggest waste of money for a wash I have ever encountered in all my driving years. I ended up cleaning the windows off at the gas station myself. I’m so irritated right now. My broken and disabled body could’ve hand washed this better from my wheelchair. Edit to add an update… at first they sounded like they were going to work with me on this and I was patient but they stopped communicating last week and I have had to dispute the charges with my bank. For starters anytime you come the change machine never works had to walk to the business across the way to get quarters, tried to get a car freshener ate my quarters, tried to vaccum my car at my quarters for that as well. There's a number on the door you call it and get nobody because it's a corporate number...So you just go to this carwash for shitty service and to get your money ate.

Decided to give the automatic wash a try for the first time. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not waste your money at this place! Not only did it spray soap all over my car and then just stop working all together, their track system gouged huge scratches on both of my passenger side rims. The worst $10 I’ve ever spent. Absolutely a horrible experience.

I don't know about you but I know personally, I don't like to deal with people when it comes to cleaning my car if I don't have to. I'd rather do it myself. Or take it through an automated wash. I've came to Super Wash now a number of times and had some issues arise. 1.) Card reader kept saying processing but never completed transaction. 2. Called the number given with no answer or response. Just make sure you have small enough bills to get change and or $5-$9 for the automated wash. Thanks for reading. Have a blessed day!
