Super Wash

Just left the wash. The miss-matched options should have been a red flag. 2 passes with low pressure soap barely got anything on the car with 2 passes of water after it. Could have done this with a garden hose. Got charged $13 for what was supposed to be the highest tier. So fresh the dryer didn't even turn on.

If I could give less than one star I would. I just experienced the most awful car rinse I've ever had. I paid $11 for a car wash, no soap came out of the nozzles absolutely nothing came out of the side nozzles at all. There was a little bit of some kind of fluid that came out the top but it definitely was not soap. It then proceeded to go around my car three times and rinse it off it, put on the spot Free rinse and then it was done. It did not even get the bugs off my windshield and all the schmutz was still on my car. I would definitely recommend against going to Super Wash! Go north one half of a block and use Premier Wash... it actually gets your car clean!

While using the automatic wash something glitched as mechanical items do and caused a bit of damage to my car. The people at the wash and on the phone were very Professional and assured me they would make things right. After a little investigation and some time in the body shop the car was returned to me like it never happened. Super wash covered the cost. All in all they acted with integrity which is sorely missing these days.

Awful. The most expensive auto wash left my truck literally cover in blue foaming soap. The manual bays were full and taking a long time, ultimately had to use the other auto wash bay for another $7 just to get the soap washed off. You’d think after two washed my truck would be the cleanest truck in the county…sadly no. I could have manually cleaned it for less than $5. Won’t be back.

I have been going here forever. Today I went and the first automatic wouldn't take my payment so I went to the other and it didn't get through the wash and it started to spray soap all over my vehicle when it should have been rinsing . I have to go the the spray wash and rinse off my car. Last time I went it charged my car but didn't give me a wash. Won't be going back. It was so busy and about 5 of us had issues
