The communication and responsibility level is the worst I’ve ever experienced in the motorsport industry. It started last year, when I placed the order for Capit Full Zone tire warmers. The website stated it is in stock. After some time not getting any notification about the shipment, I decided to call. No body knew what was going on. Then someone said they are out of stock somehow and the new big order is coming in a week. I got the order two months after. No updates, no communication. You just have to call and be lucky to be answered. The common explanation is we are busy with racing MotoAmerica. I’m racing too and that order was critical for me. I had to buy another set of warmers from another company to make two rounds of CRA. Magic, but I got that set in just two days. Second tome us

Let’s face it, ordering parts online isn’t always a perfect process and that multiplies when most of the parts are coming from overseas. I have made numerous purchases of top-of-the-line race bike parts from SBU and for the most part they have gone off without a hitch. On the rare occasion there is even a tiny hiccup, these guys are excellent at communicating and getting things resolved ASAP. Customer service is still a thing at SBU!

I ordered an annitori quickshifter. When I ordered it said free shipping. A few days later they send me an Email claiming their website malfunctioned during the holidays so it did not apply the shipping cost. So they sent me an invoice for $48.95. I have tried to contact them on Email and their own website, but I have not gotten any answers yet. They have sent me a total of 4 invoices so far, and on the 4th they upped the amount to $60 In the Emails I have sent I said if they could not honor their free shipping, I demand a full refund. It has gone a week since my first Email to them, but have not heard anything from them other than invoices.

They need to give a 5plus rating option. Superbikes Unlimited took on my MT09 with front brake issues after a low side. Touring with 8 of my exracer buddies and really needed to get her up and running. They took it in swapped the master, installed new brake lines, disabled the ABS and now I’ve got the brakes I know and love…

Love the tech support online and fast order processing. Their inventory is huge and love the vast selection of products. Highly recommend their store online to get there fast indeed !!
