after being referred to superior auto by other local businesses I contacted Sam for ac diagnostics agreed to allow them to Diag my vehicle After they drove my vehicle into the mechanical bay a couple hours later, I received a phone call stating that they’re supposed mechanic had disabled. My vehicle did not know the damages have been done supposedly nor did they have the proper equipment to perform such diagnostics after informing and superior auto that they were responsible for the damages. They refused to take responsibility. I am currently out of a vehicle. They are refusing to cooperate. There are numerous points of documentation, proving that they are responsible for the damages that occurred while the vehicle was in their possession, my suggestion stay the hell away from this shop as

Was passing through on a road trip, thought I had an issue at around 4 PM (they close at 5). Gave Scott a call and he took a look at it and set me at ease. Finished the drive. I literally forgot to even offer to pay him something, he didn't seem to mind. Good people.

One of worst auto mechanic businesses I’ve ever used. I sent my car in for easy oil on coil pack 1 (bank 1) problem and they said they fixed it however, drove it for a week and had the same issue. I took it back and they charged me for a small piece ($40), claiming that there was something wrong with it. On top of that for some reason the transmission solenoid from 5th gear was unplugged (I fixed that) Finally, I decided to take it to Honda to spend the extra money. Honda fixed the issue and I haven’t had any problems since. So I spent around $600 at superior for no reason at all. Everyone was nice, but the service was very bad. So, if you want cheap and bad service, then this is the right spot for you.

On our road trip to Florida we stopped here at the location the staff helped us in replacing an alternator and a busted thermostat on our Dogde Journey they got us back on the road. We are very grateful for the them in helping us I'm glad we met the manager and staff they were all knowledgeable they took the time to show us exactly what was wrong with the car this shop was a great pit stop fate was in our favor. I'm happy we made it to our destination and enjoyed our vacation because of all their help. I recommend this place highly from my experience. I will never forget this place.
