My husband already left a five star review; I wanted to leave a five star review myself. They are so helpful, because I left the car lights on when we were down in Bloomington one night. I didn't realize had and I called them. Kevin was so cordial and polite, especially when my mom's boyfriend was being stern about the keys. Turns out it wasn't the key! Just my dumb self leaving the car lights on by accident. 🤣 BUT they were able to get the car to us. They figured out it was the battery and I'm just glad that everything was fine. Lock smith guy and whoever else are just the kindest people. Bad reviews are mainly from people who don't pay their car bill. STOP BEING BROKE AND PAY YOUR CAR BILL.

I know what you’re thinking, it’s a buy here pay here. But seriously the staff here have been more helpful than any car dealership I’ve ever been to. They drove up to Bloomington from Bedford as soon as we called them ON VALENTINES DAY to help with a car we purchased from them. Troy knows his stuff extremely well, and even delivered our car to us after fixing it. Superior Auto Bedford will actually treat you like family.

If I could leave zero stars- BELIEVE me, I absolutely would. They sold me a lemon and refuse to help in any way, shape, or form. Verbatim said "Ma'am- we just sell ya the car. You're on your own after that." I bought this car a month ago... maaaaybe. The warranty is an absolute joke too. There is 1 repair shop that they will refer you to because NO ONE WILL DO 3RD PARTY WARRANTIES. Run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They knew I was a single mom with 2 children and was completely dependent on a reliable car. Kevin and Bobby are jokes and are just trying to sell crap vehicles to make a buck. They do not care about you, your situation, nothing. Please take my advice and go anywhere else. You will regret going here and will get taken advantage of. Such a worthless company.

Bobbie and Kim are amazing an went above n beyond to help me get into my new car I wud recommend this place to friends n family thank u lady’s u two r amazing
