Ok, let's see where do I start I have purchased 3 vehicles from this location, ive never missed a payment. and never been late. The first two, I've had no issues with wish I could.say the same for the third I understand that this is a business, and they need to make $$$ I also understand that my credit keeps me from getting a regular auto loan at a dealership, and I understand that due to my crappy credit, I'm going to pay high interest However, if you're gonna charge double to triple what the blue book value is, you should at least make sure the vehicle is in good working order You're buying vehicles from auctions and not doing any type of inspection on them. You just detail them and throw them on your lot then in a few months when something major breaks chances are the warenty isn't gon

The new girls are so rude and hateful. Never go there on a Saturday. Plus the payments changed every month now always paying more

Just read the ton of bad reviews We have 3 vehicles through them, have had them about 3 years, and never missed a payment never been late, and they literally threatened to repo all 3 vehicles over $57 Destiny & Chelsea both in a heated argument Tried to make us pay an extra $57 that they said was added to our payment for some crash insurance claiming our insurance policy lapsed for a week we informed them we refused to pay the charge they threatened to repo our vehicles told us they talked to progress and that progressive told them our policy lapsed even though the 3 different people at progressive that we talked to along with our paper work said other wise They use that we will repo your vehicle card for eve

Destine & Carrie have superior costumer service with great personalities. I enjoyed every minute of leasing a car with them. I HIGHLY recommend Superior Auto.

I honestly have to say that the GM Kerry Hilton has shown dedication and commitment right along with being resilient to making the purchase of my vehicle happen. We were at the very end of the deal in which their underwriting dept pretty much knew but they still departed at 5 pm which was closing time for them now mind you Kerry’s closing time was at 4pm so yes she stayed over even after her closing time and made some phone calls so that I could leave with my vehicle on Saturday instead of having too wait until Monday for 15 minutes of work left over to seal the deal and with her staying over for 1 1/2 hours after closing shows the commitment to satisfy and take care of her future and present customers!!! I sincerely appreciate you going ABOVE and BEYOND your call of duty for customer serv
