I generally prefer to resolve issues privately and professionally, but after repeated failures by Superior Auto and SEC Finance, I feel it’s necessary to share my experience publicly. From the start, this has been one of the most poorly managed customer relationships I’ve ever encountered. Despite clear and repeated communication on my part, the staff particularly at the Bowling Green location demonstrated a consistent lack of professionalism, follow-through, and basic customer service. Major safety issues with the vehicle were discussed before signing the paperwork and I was promised they would be addressed. They were not. Instead, when I began holding the company accountable and pushing for those promised repairs such as seatbelt and door malfunctions I was met with silence, deflection

The people at the BG, Ohio were great. Buying a car is a bit of a pain, but everyone went above and beyond. We have purchased several vehicles throughout the years, and I have no complaints. Service was excellent. My thanks to Jon, and the others for everything. 😊

Haven't had credit since divorce. Am the PROUD OWNER OF 2005 FORD TAURUS!! JASON the general manager is AWESOME. Didn't just sell me a car. He really cared. He searched for the right car for me. Allison is absolutely amazing!!! She was very understanding about our situation and did everything she could to help us out and get us in a new car! She spent 3 hours working on our account and was willing to meet us halfway with what needed to be done. She is very patient and kind! The rest of the staff is also very supportive and kind!!! Allison has definitely turned Superior Auto around over the past couple of years and made it an inviting and welcoming business. Would recommend to ANYONE that is needing a new car!!!
