I cannot express enough how grateful and thankful I am for Rachel Stachler with Superior Auto. Her confidence and optimism were a perfect blessing when my own was waning. For over two years I've been paying on the vehicle I got from them on time. Have had multiple issues (Fuse box melted, transmission blew, wheel bearings out, towing costs) and i have covered it all WHILE making my payments. I had a customer paying me late and was going to be three days late on my payment. The lady was very rude over the phone and said if the money isnt to us by 930am tomorrow we're coming to repo it. I have over $10,000 invested and had planned on paying it off next month and getting another. Not through them! Ridiculous, rude, and disrespectful business. Loan sharks are nicer people than these thieves.

I financed my 2014 Hyundai Sonata through Superior Auto, and while I’ve always appreciated the car’s comfort, design, and reliability reputation, my personal experience has unfortunately been the opposite. As soon as I purchased it, I had to replace the head gasket and other small components. Shortly after, the entire engine had to be replaced at a cost of $5,000, followed by the A/C compressor that just went out. Now, I’m facing another $1,800 repair for a complete transmission replacement. At this point, I’ll have nearly $30,000 invested into a vehicle that has proven to be a lemon. I’ve maintained my payments responsibly, even with a high 21% interest rate, but the repeated major mechanical failures are unacceptable. I’m requesting that something be done to help resolve this issue fair
