I had a wonderful experience with Superior Auto! Na’Kayla was very helpful and super friendly. I’m so glad I met her for my car buying experience. She was very patient during the whole process, communicated well, and very well spoken!! I’ll definitely recommend Superior Auto, and tell them to have Na’Kayla work her magic on them!

These people are absolutely rude. I wouldn’t suggest anybody even bring them a penny. It wouldn’t even be worth it to waste your two sense on anything these people have. I would go anywhere but here. The car has had a misfire for like a month after purchase. They have let me pay every Saturday for the passed 6-7 months and all of a sudden decide to come today as I’m trying to go make the payment to get the car. Almost running my husbands legs over as he is under his car parked next to the jeep doing work. Then denied it completely and made me pay a repo fee to retrieve the vehicle. They will literally laugh at you if you ask for a higher up, and then the higher up will act very dismissive and rude. Just not worth dealing with at all. Don’t waste your time energy or money here.
